4. Account Registration & Security

• All activity under their account

Prohibited actions include:

• Account sharing
• Multiple accounts to bypass limits

6. Jobs & Hiring Disclaimer

EventBeep does not guarantee:

• Compensation or timelines

Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions.

7. Programs & Courses (Beep Learn)

• Enrolment does not guarantee placement
• Content and structure may change
• Mentors may be employees or independent professionals

8. AI & Recommendations

Automated recommendations are indicative only and not professional advice.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid services are governed by the Payments, Billing & Refund Policy. Payments are handled by third-party gateways.

10. User Content

• Users retain ownership of uploaded content
• You grant EventBeep a non-exclusive license to use content for platform operations

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding are owned by EventBeep or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability capped at INR 10,000 or the amount paid in the last two months, whichever is higher
